Anna Delacruz joined the Office of Scholars and Fellowships as the Administrative Coordinator in May 2026. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media and Broadcasting, she has worked in a variety of fields, ranging from investigative journalism to religious communications. Anna takes pride in and is committed to upholding a high standard of accuracy in her content and ensuring that all information is factual and verifiable. Hailing from the Outer Banks, she misses the salt, surf, and seafood, but not the tourists so much. Anna is a member of the Order of the Good Death nonprofit and is passionate about advocating for the demystification and decommercialization of death care. She volunteers at East End Cemetery and encourages everyone to aid in racial reconciliation through service at the site. She is immensely excited to bring her voice, curiosity, and commitment to community into her work with the OSF.
